Classic Eyelash Extension Course

If you're looking to get into the lash industry, this is the course for you. It's a one-on-one intensive 3 day program, with International Master Lash Stylist, Michelle Rowland.

You're looking for the best possible start to your lash career. You have a thirst for details and want to know the art and science behind eyelash extensions.	You’re looking to learn all the tricks of the trade in one day.  You want to be a bargain-basement lasher and undercut your prices (bringing down the standards of the Aussie lash industry).

Advanced Skill Building Course

Next up, we have a 1-day private class with Michelle. She’ll look at your current lashing skills and modify or ‘tweak’ your technique plus, you’ll leave with a wealth of knowledge in advanced techniques and a newfound confidence.

This course is for you if:	This course isn't for you:
You want to improve your skills in order to be a high-quality well-paid lash artist. You have previously completed a poor quality course that left you lacking in the lashing confidence department.	This is your first time lashing and have never had to handle two sets of tweezers.  You already have the title of Master Lash Stylist. You’re a Hollywood stunt man.

Russian Volume Course

Once you’ve spent 6-months nailing the basics, join Michelle for a 2-day intensive to learn the intricate art of Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions, taking your lashing skills to a whole new level.

You want to take your lashing skills to the next level. You want to expand your lash offers and increase your income. You have nailed your foundational lashing skills such as correct isolation and placement.	You’re not willing to invest in good training (and therefore yourself). You’re new to the lash game and haven’t got 6 months Classic lashing experience under your belt. You have your own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Group Training Sessions

If you’re looking to get a start in the lash industry, alongside fellow newbie lash sisters, this is for you. With the same extensive curriculum as the private course, just a more affordable price point.

You want the best possible start to your lash career at a more affordable price point. You want to complete your training surrounded by fellow newbie lash sisters.	You’re looking for some extra one-on-one love. You’d rather be shopping on Rodeo Drive.

Lash Mentoring

Whether you are struggling with your technique or are in need of some extra guidance as a business owner, Michelle offers one-on-one mentoring sessions to help you achieve your current goals.

You’ve completed a course that has left you lacking confidence in your lashing abilities. Are struggling with your techniques and have a list of pain points. You’re feeling lost and in need of some business guidance.	You haven’t completed any lash education.  You are the proud owner of a shiny lash trophy.
